A dry light red wine, with a beautiful red to purple color. It presents itself as mineral balanced berry aroma, fresh, fruity and crisp palate. Despite young vines and short ageing a balanced structure, a refreshingly interesting multiple layer experience – a Symphony.
It is perfect with all Mediterranean meat dishes or simply a lovely companion for a warm summer evening on your terrace of balcony.
2013 was the first year we decided to harvest the grapes from the young vines. The grapes were very healthy and due to a minimum of irrigation and permanent canopy and yield control relatively small but with a beautiful texture.. The sunny hot weather determined a very early harvest in the third week of August.

About 100 mtr above sea level elevated sloped with a beautiful view on the Golf od Saloniki and Thessaloniki and the Mountains as backdrop. It encompasses 0,65 ha of new plantation. The soil in the area is sandy clay with layers of white porcelain clay.
The harvested grapes have been immediately processed and fermented to 50% sugar content in closed stainless steel fermentation tanks without pressing. Thereafter fermentation has been completed in small medium toasted French oak barrels, directly followed by malogalactic fermentation . The concept was to compose a light red rich of fruit flavors. After completion of fermentation processes the cuvee was left for 1 Month on lees and bottles already in January.
