WINEMAKING
Single Vineyard located on the Epanomi Peninsula, 500 meters from the coastline. The fermentation starts in temperature controlled stainless-steel Tanks and finalized in 300 ltr. oak barrels. Thereafter the wine is matured for four months in on the lees.
EYES, NOSE, PALATE
In the glass, pale lemon with golden twist,
The wine greets you with an aromatic cuvee consisting of honey melon, mango and biscuit. Complemented by notes of mature peach, tobacco, vanilla and fig leaves which create a highly interesting bouquet.
It has a moderate volume body and well-balanced acidity, while the intensity of the Aroma is uncompromised. Melon, peach, bergamot, pear, toast, vanilla and hazelnut, all in perfect balance. Resulting in a buttery feel on the palate with a long lasting spicy, smoky aftertaste.
