SAUVIGNON BLANC 2017

WINEMAKING

The single Vineyard is located 500 meters from the coastline of the Epanomi Peninsula. The
fermentation takes place at lower limit temperatures in stainless steel, finished and matured for 5 months on the fine lees.

EYES, NOSE, PALATE

In the glass, greenish reflections are embedded in a light lemon color

The bouquet consists of a complex range of green and fruity aromas accompanied by a hint of minerality. The first impression is lead by intense notes of passion fruit, quince, apricot and pineapple. While swirling the glass hints of peach, chamomile and chalk develop, followed up in the long aftertaste with exotic fruits such as mango, Maracuja and a hint of citrus.

FOOD PAIRING

On its own, grilled or fried fish of any kind.
