WINEMAKING
The vineyards are located close to our Winery in the periphery of the Trilofos /Epanomi wine – region. Slowly fermented in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks at and matured on its lees for 4 months before racking. Complete fermentation with virtually no residual sugar, produces a dry and fresh wine.

In four simple words: Summer in the Glass
This light golden wine develops a vast variety of florid Aromas in the nose as on the palate which are still present long after the finish. Primarily rose petals, elderflower accompanied by peach, honey melon, a hint of green apple and Lime can be distinguished, combined with a touch of the very particular Terroir.
